Terms and Conditions Using the iringit Malaysia Platform

Welcome to iringit, a digital entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and iringit ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the iringit platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all Terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the iringit platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms is also considered acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the iringit platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• An individual who is legally qualified to enter into a valid agreement under applicable law.

The iringit platform operates entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.

Regarding deposits: The minimum accepted deposit is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for standard users, though limits may apply based on your account verification level. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment service provider.

Regarding withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within one to two business days depending on the payment method and your account verification status. Withdrawals to an account or number different from the one used for deposit are not permitted without additional security investigation.

• Iringit does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit ("original source").

Iringit reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms in this document.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also voluntarily close your iringit account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requires identity verification, and all pending bonus conditions will be forfeited.
