Every piece of information you submit during login — username, password, OTP — is encrypted using the same 256-bit SSL protocol used by major Malaysian banks. No third party can intercept this data while in transit.

Iringit automatically applies two-factor authentication when the system detects a login from a new device or unfamiliar location. A six-digit OTP will be sent to your registered phone number as a second security layer that cannot be bypassed without your phone.

The iringit system actively monitors every login session. Any suspicious activity — such as login attempts from multiple locations simultaneously or unusual account changes — will be flagged immediately and you will be notified via notification.

In the iringit mobile app, you can enable login using fingerprint or facial recognition. This lets you access your account faster without typing your password each time, while maintaining a high level of security.

Check when, where, and on which device your account was accessed via the "Account Security" page in iringit. If you spot any unrecognised login, you can end all active sessions with a single click and change your password immediately.

After several consecutive failed login attempts, iringit will automatically block further attempts for a short period to protect your account from brute-force attacks. A notification will be sent to your email and phone as an alert.
